Recommend:
ACS 901E2+ (inline)
or
ACS 931E2+ (splitter)

Not sure if we have them in stock though.

Thanks, i found the ACS 901E2+ for $15.00 each. I'll wait and see if ADSL2+ works with my Netcomm EM1100's first though.

I've seen quite a few issues for customers (on mulitple networks) - caused by filters that weren't ADSL2+ compatible.

Best to get new ones mostly - but try it out and see Smiley

Sorry another quick question regarding filters.

If i dont have a telephone or any other device connected in my home phone ports (except my modem), I dont need a filter? Is that a correct statement?

cheers,
brendan

Hey,
I got some of the 901E2's today and plugged them in, My download speed is still around 3mbps, when I was on ADSL it was about 5.3mbps. Is it possible that I've been capped at 3mbps for some reason? If a rep can get back to me, that would be awesome. Atleast if I havn't been capped I can rest easy knowing theres nothing else I can do about it now Tongue.

Thanks,
Rob.

Hi Rob.

We are not capping your connection.
However, we have you on a stability profile that does sacrafice some speed for stability (to prevent dropouts).

If you want we can take you off the stability profile, but you may experience dropouts.

Thanks, I noticed the disconnect and i thought it might be you. It seems to sit pretty steadily at 350 - 360KB/s which is better, hopfully it doesnt drop out.
Thanks again
