Hello Primus Reps,

I just signed up today (1/4/09) to an ADSL2+ Starter 3GB  12 month contract.  It shows as 24 months in my account toolbox.

Can this be fixed please?

Thanks.

Just to round off this thread, I rang Primus Customer Service today & spoke to a very helpfull CSR Yama, who confirmed the contract is definitely 12 months - the recording confirmed it.

He is arranging for an email to be sent to me to confirm this.

Pending receipt of the email, I am satisfied.

Yes thanks Angus, I noticed the change in start date from 1/4 to 4/4 & change to 12 mths.

Interestingly, I received a letter from Primus in the post today.  It welcomed me to Primus (been with for a few years now) & then said I'm on a 24 month term!

I assume that this is an auto generated standard letter & I should disregard it.

Cheers.

The welcome letters are generated when an account is created or a plan is changed,
from what it sounds you were put on the 24 month plan by mistake and Angus fixed it,
but the letter you received would have been triggered already.
