is there anything else can be done to improve it further, is this noise margin normal, or should i get my line tested, thanks.

have you completely isolated your phone line?

1. try changing your phone cable to a shorter 1m length one.
2. try the 1st phone socket in your house
3. make sure that you use  or have updated to ADSL2+ filters for your line

4. this is the more expensive suggestion hence last - have your internal wiring checked.
